We stayed in a suite which was very spacious and quiet. Excellent breakfast and bar meals in the evening. Main restaurant only open weekends so we’re unable to try it on our 3 night stay Monday to Thursday Pool and hot tub open but sauna and steam room closed for refurbishment Used the gym it was bust early morning with non resident gym members.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and welcoming, but what truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. The service was impeccable from beginning to end. A very special thank you to Marta and Joanna in the dining room—they were warm, attentive, friendly, and made every meal such a pleasant experience. Cyril was absolutely fantastic as well! His professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality really stood out. It’s people like Marta, Joanna, and Cyril who turn a good hotel stay into a memorable one. They made us feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. Five-star service all around! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel was easy to find and parking was readily available. Our room was in a separate building from the main hotel building, which was a little odd and we were on the ground floor facing the parking lot. However, the room was spacious, very comfortable with an excellent shower. The complimentary breakfast was super.

The rooms were very nice but it was really frustrating to find out there was no elevator in the suites building. We were traveling with seniors and it was very difficult getting our luggage to and from the rooms. Everything else about our stay was wonderful especially the helpful, friendly staff at breakfast.

Breakfast was great- yummy and felt high end. Amenities were good. Check-in was easy and staff was accommodating. The only thing to note is that you don't stay in the "castle" portion. You stay in one of 2 modern hotel buildings. But room amenities, including the bathroom suite, were very nice.
