Great location on the Island, so easy for the City centre, King John's Castle and even the Rugby ground. Handy car park. Nice rooms that the cleaners maintain and restock every day. We stays on very hot days but the air con made it a pleasure. Lovely staff, a nice mix of local Limerick and migrant voices, on reception and the restaurant. Would recommend and will stay again on my next visit

Though parking was very limited in the garage, it was convenient if you find a spot. The room was nice and the staff friendly. Breakfast was good and safe for someone with Celiac. The hotel is currently rebranding so it's unknown what will change. The location is walkable to the major sites though not the shortest walk.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and had all the needed amenities to make the stay enjoyable. The ongoing renovations were a bit of a hustle. The restaurant was great for dinner. Excellent staff and the breakfast was the best we've had in Ireland so far. The property could use a bit of maintenance but it is no where near rin down or dated. Great place with a two minute walk to the Knock shrine. Definitely will stay again if we have the opportunity to return to Ireland.
