This has always been a convenient, affordable option for a quick overnight stay in Hollywood, but my most recent experience was disappointing and, frankly, unsettling. My room had an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke, and only about half of the electrical outlets were functional. More concerning, an unfamiliar person or persons repeatedly knocked on my door at least three times throughout the night, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. There were also several people loitering around the front and side of the property, adding to an already uneasy atmosphere. While I've appreciated the value and convenience of this hotel in the past, this experience raised serious concerns about cleanliness, maintenance, and guest security. Unfortunately, I'll be reconsidering whether to stay here again.
