Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war einfach sehr gut! Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet, und der Service ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ok, um die Umgebung zu erkunden, und das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns hier gut gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Bei diesem Aufenthalt war ich leider sehr unzufrieden. Tatsächlich kommt es auf die sich im Dienst befindlichen Mitarbeitenden an, ob man sich als Gast gewertschätzt fühlt, oder eben nicht. Die Zusagen von Hotels.vom für Gold-Mitglieder wurden diesmal ausnahmslos nicht erfüllt.
