Good managed and well equipped hotel. Large rooms and bathrooms. During breakfast which was very good and tasty, a little bit noisy due to missing sound breaking plants or furniture. Rather desolate environment with abandoned gas station and a fallow unkempt property behind. Both opposite hotel entry. Maybe a fence with privacy protection could improve this negative point. Way to historical city just 5 min footwalk.

Nice place to stay

This is the 3rd or 4th time we have stayed at the Vienna House Easy. Rooms and public areas are spotless. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is ideally situated for visiting the picturesque old town.

We had a reservation for 3 persons but the 3rd bed wasn't prepared. The staff solved it. Very nice lady from Indonesia made an extra bed. The shower was poor. It was either pointing 45 degrees to the left of pointing 45 degrees to the right.

We werden door meer dan vriendelijk personeel ontvangen. De gastheer achter de receptie was bijzonder aardig, vriendelijk en attent. Er is merkbaar veel aandacht voor de gasten door het vrij jonge personeel. Het hotel ligt vlak bij uitvalswegen en op loopafstand van het charmante historische centrum. De kamers ruim en schoon. De bedden comfortabel. Het ontbijt voldoende en uitgebreid met voor ieder wat wils. Parkeren kan op de ruime parkeerplaats of in de parkeergarage. Er is geen mogelijkheid om elektrisch te laden, dat zou een goede verbetering zijn, maar niet onoverkomelijk.

Leider nicht zufriedenstellen. Ich hatte online gebucht und drei Minuten später festgestellt, dass das Datum nicht korrekt ist. Der Kundenservice von Expedia beschuldigte das Hotel, das Hotel beschuldigt den Kundenservice von Expedia. Nach mehreren Anläufen bezüglich einer Änderung/Stornierung blieben erfolglos. Am Ende wurde mir ein 10% Gutschein angeboten, was ich nicht zufriedenstellend empfand. Schon mal mit einem Positiv: Am Empfang gab es einen Wasserspender, auch das Parken am Hotel ist kostenfrei. Negativ: Die Belederung am Bett löst sich in ihre Bestandteile auf und ist für ein Hotel in der Preisklasse inakzeptabel. Ebenso fehlt eine Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls nicht im Preis inkludiert, was ich bei einem dreistelligen Zimmerpreis durchaus erwarten würde. Letztendlich würde ich hier und bei der Hotelkette generell nichts mehr buchen. Das Thema Kundenservice ist mir einfach zu wichtig geworden.

Leider wurde uns verboten unsere E-Bike Akku mit auf das Zimmer zu nehmen ( es standen ca 20 E-Bike’s in der Tiefgarage mit ausgebauten Akku ) . Die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Bett war an der Seite beschädigt. Wir haben trotzdem sehr gut geschlafen.
