The bed was really comfortable Only woke up to go to the bathroom. The shower was also excellent. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Staff was not very friendly nor helpful. Room was poorly maintained

Timer on Fridge was frustrating. Not sure if it is a safety issue or to cut overhead costs. Not a fan of having to recool over and over and don't see why someone even thought that was a good idea. Staff Friendly, they did good even when you could tell they were short staffed. The window was missing a latch at the bottom which made it sound like it was part way open and road noise seemed pretty loud at times, but not a deal breaker. Parking was good. Location was easy to find and close to food, gas, etc, Thank you

The beds were not the most comfortable. You could see the indentations in the mattress.

Overall a good experience staying here two nights in mid-week. The accommodations were nothing special but everything worked properly and staff was pleasant. I thought the price a little high, but it seemed in line with other comparable properties nearby. About a 45 minute drive to downtown Cleveland. One complaint: The carpet in the room was old and somewhat nasty looking. I hope when the hotel replaces it they'll go with vinyl plank flooring instead.

I've stayed in MUCH better for the same price, if not less. Room had a funny smell to it, wasn't sure if the bedding had been changed or not. Breakfast, I chose not to eat it. Wasn't many options other than eggs and pork sausage with biscuits and gravy. It got the job done for a night stay, but wasn't up to my expectations for the price.
