“Overall we were very happy with the staff and hotel. However the waiting time for a drink in the captain’s bar was far too long. On average some time up to 15-20 minutes. The system for ordering and delivering needs to be changed.”

“Location was excellent, rooms were very clean and comfortable and updated. Service was wonderful. Only difficulty we had was finding the place. The front entrance was not marked at all. We circled around for an hour to find the place. A clear sign on the black metal door would have been helpful.”
