Your staff is very good in person, but cannot handle important problems on the phone or email. Staff just stopped communicating with me after they I complained that they overcharged me. I fixed that problem by calling Wyndham international. They you gave me VIP service and upgrade and a free ride. That was great!! But I left important medication in the room. I could NOT get that problem resolved on the phone, with the manager and otherwise UNTIL once again I called Wyndham international, then Milena found the pills, almost magically it seems, but this was only after two days of effort on my part. Often the phone didn't work. The manager told me to call back. I coudln't get through several times and by the time I did, he had left for the evening.

Arrived at hotel a little early, was sent to lounge area to enjoy a complimentary Pisco Sour while our room was completed. Room was comfortable if a bit small, beds super comfortable and the bathroom with a giant tub was fantastic. Bonus- a little garden patio, loved it!! The breakfast buffer was the best!!! Lots of options including a whole health area- green juices, yogurts chia, etc. would happily recommend this hotel.
