We stayed here for one night on our way out of Peru. The staff were great and very accommodating. We did notice stains on a bedding in our room as soon as we checked in and the staff graciously changed our room for us. The room was clean and the bed was good.

Wonderful stay

Had wonderful stay at this hotel, the location was great in Miraflores, a lot of restaurants, groceries stores, coffee shops. Also the front sea was 10 minutes walk. The breakfast buffet was great and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Extremely affordable hotel in Miraflores and close to the ocean parks by foot. Several top-notch restaurants close by as well. The staff is friendly and the hotel rooms are clean. The amenities of the hotel are not like a Ritz Carlton but everything else makes up for it.

Great hotel for the price! The staff is prettty friendly. Note that this is not in the heart of Miraflores and there’s really nothing walking distance, everything is a short drive away.

This hotel is great, so are many other hotels. What make this place so damn special is the service hotel staff provided to us. My wife got sick and needed blood pressure monitor and receptionist Lana personally walk to a nearest drug store to get it. She called in-room service doctor and waited in the room until medial staff arrived. And the breakfast is delicious, location is great for the price.

The staff was very friendly and respectful. If you need a taxi service that’s is secure and always on time, ask the receptionist on duty to contact Alexis, a Gentleman!!!, he will provide you with an excellent and very professional service….the best ever!!!

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. We felt super fancy because they met us at the Uber and carried my bag up the stairs and then up to our room without me asking. When we needed more towels, sugar/tea, they brought it right up. Breakfast buffet wasn’t bad. They also have food that’s not out in the buffet like French toast, but you have to let them know you want it for breakfast and it’s also free. The only thing I would say is the shower has a humongous step getting in and out so be careful. It was made for a giant. (I’m 5’6”) would stay here again and wasn’t ready to go home!

Frankly the hotel is clean and has good staffs and the breakfast is not bad. My disappointment was the location. I thought the center of Miraflores is closer to where I have a restaurant and this crowd is 40 minutes away. Maybe it's my fault, I don't know, but it says 5 minutes away from Magela de Mirales on the page but it's actually 30 minutes away from there. On the other hand, this is my choice. I prefer places with more people, more restaurants and entertainment. I think the location of this hotel was too quiet for me.

I pre paid for this booking ,when I arrived there they said they will charge me a Lima fee for having a guest ,I already had paid for a having a guest and they said that they have to charge me a fee that is presentable in Peru only ,I've never heard of such thing ,I've traveled all over the world and if I had prepaid for having a guest ,I wouldn't have to pay again when I arrive at hotel .I'm thinking this hotel likes to charge foreign people an extra fee for some odd reason or taking a advantage,I was so tired arriving at hotel that I had no time to even debate this topic to the lady in the front desk who spoke no English .
