I was visiting Lima from Washington, DC and the front desk staff at my hotel were wonderful. I would like to thank Miss Xiomara for helping me arrange transportation and a great 3-hour excursion to see the city. The hotel was conveniently located close to shopping areas and was clean. The staff was always courteous and polite. Additionally, the free breakfast provided was delicious.

Generally a very nice property. All was good until a staff member at reception desk raised a concern that I was smoking in my room. Yes, I am a smoker, but would never smoke in a property that is non-smoking. During the conversation, I pointed out that the smell of smoke does linger on clothing. Would suggest that if you are a smoker and stay at this property, take some time of air freshener!

Ok para viagem rápida

O hotel é bem localizado e de fácil acesso para Uber. Meu quarto estava limpo, mas eles fornecem apenas uma toalha e não há janelas, então é preciso pedir por mais uma ou duas, dependendo do tempo de hospedagem. O café da manhã é simples, mas garante uma boa refeição. O restaurante tem ótimos pratos e eu almocei e jantei por lá também. O quarto estava limpo, mas o travesseiro tinha um perfume forte que incomodou um pouco (apenas 1 dos 4). Para uma viagem de trabalho de dois ou três dias foi uma boa escolha.

Super hôtel

Nous sommes resté 8 nuits dans cet hôtel et nous avons été agréablement surpris. Points positifs : - personnel très serviable et courtois - aide avec les valises à l’arrivée et au départ - chambre propre et nettoyée tous les jours + bouteilles d’eau offertes tous les jours - qualité de la literie - climatisation - petit déjeuner varié avec de la nourriture péruvienne changeant tous les jours - piscine sur le toit - localisation parfaite pour nous - très bon rapport qualité/prix Points négatifs : - les plats « chauds » du petit déjeuner étaient parfois froid - absence de prises européenne dans la salle de bain - l’isolation phonique est très mauvaise avec les autres chambres (entendre les ébats et conversations des voisins n’est pas tolerable, l’appel à la réception à 2h du matin a cependant porté ses fruit ^^) Clairement un établissement que je recommande.
