Very comfortable room and so quiet!! There were special touches like a free drink and a small bottle of wine. We only stayed one night so didn’t try the wine but enjoyed a great pisco sour at the rooftop bar. There was also a nice breakfast with a gluten-free toast option. Really enjoyed our time and would definitely stay again.

1. Location - it's in the middle of Miraflores and the area is very walkable 2. Staff was extremely helpful, the arrival for one member of the group moved by a day and they made sure the reservation was kept alive 3. My husband was traveling a lot and ended up staying here several times a month. Loved the location, clean, accessible, everything you need, and he mentioned that stuff and the people at the front desk were always professional and very helpful. The hotel is close to Kennedy Park, where the hub center of great restaurants and eateries, shopping, 2 department stores, and of course, Manolo!

Good location, accessible to anything We were given a welcome drink to redeem at the roof top bar but was impossible to get any assistance from any worker up there because they were too busy catering to a local birthday party. They completely ignored hotel guests. Lousy service.
