We stayed here the night before our wedding in Plaza de Armas out of emergency because our Airbnb canceled on us, but it’s a good thing they did because staying at the Diamond Hotel was honestly a great experience! They were super accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The room was very comfortable overall and we definitely enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint was that the room had dust on it, probably because the windows are open and since we are in the middle of the city, the dust comes into the room. Since I was only staying there for one night, I didn’t mind and I just wiped it, but something to keep in mind and to let them know so they could clean it for you! Other than that, excellent stay!

The breakfast was very good and perfect to get the day started. Let me say the staff was amazing! The helped us with locations of places to see as well as help us with a bank issue by having a staff member walk us to an international bank. This was above and beyond the call of service. Thank you!
