Very nice in Van Wert

Hotel was very nice. Room was spacious and very clean. Had a great nights sleep and a very nice breakfast. Exceeded our expectations. Would stay here again.

I spent 2 days on separate dates. Front desk was very welcoming. Room was very nice and quiet. I was able to do laundry on site versus looking for shop. Loved breakfast choices. Walmart is close by for any last minute items.

We were greeted with a smile, she was super friendly and professional. Later when I needed more wash clothes she was quick to help and again smiling and friendly. You could tell she likes her job and takes it serious. The room was very nice, it was clean and the bed was so comfortable. We will stay here again next time we come.

They are undergoing renovations. Uneven flooring to get to elevators. Luggage carts unable to be used during renovations. We were able to manage ( even though we are both seniors), but some might have difficulty. Staff was very welcoming.

Good/bad. The bad was isolated to our room only

Food for breakfast was wonderful! The check in went great with Greg. The water temperature and pressure was awesome in the shower. Unfortunately the heat did not work in our room. My wife and I are so cold all night long. I don’t like to give a bad review ever and that’s why I pointed out the other positives but because we arrived late, and had been in the room for over an hour before we realized it. A room change was offered but we were all unpacked. Didn’t imagine it was going to get even colder.
