Besides the ideal location in Surco, the two rooms we booked this time were spotless and comfortable for our one-week stay. From the General Manager to the front desk staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping staff, and the concierge, each employee made us feel welcome, valued, and consistently greeted us with a smile. Anytime we had a request, the staff would go the extra mile to fulfill it. We will most definitely be staying here again. The description of the hotel and area were very misleading. The hotel is in a business district and due to the Easter/ Holy week holidays nothing in the area was open. the hotel was deserted and I may have been the only guest. No restaurant, no breakfast at hotel or near by, essentially a ghost town. I sadly prepaid for 5 nights. When I checked out after one night there was no accommodation for a partial refund. No manager available for the 5 days and the next week I was told No Refunds. If this is a vacation this is not the hotel for you. Moved to the Mira Flores area and was much happier despite the extra payment.

hotel located in a very safe and quiet area close to many good places to eat and supermarket. bed very comfortable. I think the room rate is overpriced because of the upscale neighborhood. In Miraflores you will find hotels from the same category and more things to do.
