It’s in a very good location. They need to improve on customer service. Most of the employees were great except one that welcomed me with a “you will pay for everything you brake or damage” her attitude towards me wasn’t the best through my whole stay I felt she was harassed by her with daily comments like “what time you’ll get back” “don’t throw the toilet paper in the toilet” , “You’ll pay for the plumber if there’s a problem” “you’ll pay for the dirty sheets” the worst thing was that these things were never a problem. When I checked out she sent someone to the room to see everything was ok. If it wasn’t for her it would have been great. Otherwise the room and all services were good.

The rooftop restaurant is too cold to have a comfortable experience. I was in a standard room but the “porch” (outside area surrounded by 3 wall 20 feet high) has a door that doesn’t shut. So, it was noisy and cold. Moved to a different room but no hangers for shirts. Staff was good and responsive.
