The floor in the whole apartment was very, when you walk you can feel the dirt, my bare foot was very dirty, needed to be mopped.

The building is new, but the constant construction noise during business hours, 10- 5 Monday- Friday and Saturdays 10-1 made our stay not the best, when we work from home, it was almost impossible to attend our meetings. Post did not mention any construction or remodeling or noise what so ever.
