We loved, loved, loved this property. It is really close to the train station. It is an old building, with lots of charm, but well maintained and brought to modern standards. The staff were amazing, and are very proud of their little hotel and its history. If we are ever in Lillehammer again we would definitely make this our home base.

We stated in several hotels all over Norway on our trip and this one was our favorite. Perfect combo of classic Norwegian art and elegance with all the modern comforts. We had an adorable balcony, great breakfast, mini fridge, coffee maker, everything we needed. Perfect location. Quiet at night. No a/c, it can get warm in the summer. They did give us a fan, which helped. We would stay again, for sure.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with lots of charm. Nice central location close to the pedestrian walk ways. I was super excited about the breakfasts when I booked but was slightly disappointed (waffles only one day and two days there were no "hot" options earlier in the morning). Overall a fantastic stay.

Beautiful older traditional looking hotel with charming and quiet rooms. Hotel is close to train station and main walking street with shops and restaurants nearby. We took a bus from the station to get to Hafjell to ski. Very reasonably priced and convenient. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was excellent. Overall a great stay!

The hotel was centrally located. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. Only problem I had was was with the EV car charger, although I did get it to charge but I only got 4% charge when I charged for 15kwh, which took 2 hours. Decided better to find a fast charge instead to get better results.

easy convenient free parking, hotel interior beautiful Get this: one night stay, first night in the country, arrived late and very tired, and somehow my wife's and my watch unknowingly ended up two hours fast. The staff knocked on our door early to remind us of the 11am check-out time and we left at what we thought was 11am, but it was actually 1pm! Despite walking out two hours late, the front desk staff were so helpful and friendly! (we didn't realize the time faux pas until later that evening while checking into our next hotel)

Amazing stay, a little low rating on comfort because it was record heat . A fan would been nice, but that is nitpicking when staying in at a older hotel. Love place and the staff was 10/10 stars.
