It’s ok

The hotel is what you would expect from an inexpensive option. Tiny, dates rooms that are hot all night. You can hear everyone either side. My bed had a cigarette butt in it when we arrived. Room clean otherwise. The hotel is handy for the metro but walking around the back of a shopping centre car park at night didn’t feel safe.

Rooms are very small and cramped and are the same size whether there are 2 or 3 people sharing, I think it would be difficult for 3 people to share a room purely because of the size of the room and the door to the bathroom did not close fully making total privacy very difficult On a plus point parking outside is secure and the gate is locked at around 11pm and the metro is only a 10 minute walk away The staff were friendly and helpful To help improve the stay I would recommend putting a kettle in each room The hotel is on a retail park so there is not much to look at around the location but I did feel safe and the carpark was secure and mentioned previously It is budget accommodation so if you are looking for somewhere to dump your things and got put it is ok

Good value for money for a stay in Lille and only 30 mins into town on public transport. Not high quality but is a decent enough bed to stay a few nights. The breakfast is basic so would not recommend as there is a supermarket and bakery 5-10 min walk away.

Economic stay, so don't expect too much. The shower is extremely small and the water temperature was difficult to control with 2 knobs to turn but no idea what each did. Is just about manageble for a 1 night private stay.

I made reservations through Travelocity for the hotel at 45 euro per night, with breakfast. The manager tried to charge me 368 euro which was a bit much for a room so small, with no toilet paper as well. Very bad place.

It is a bit far from the city center, located in an industrial area. I recommend that the reception staff try to speak at least one language in addition to French. Communication was very difficult, and there were many misunderstandings for both Expedia and the guests. At a minimum, English or Spanish would be helpful, as they are the two most widely spoken languages in the world. This would prevent many problems.

Do not recommend for more than one night

The room was very warm and not entirely clean as there were surfaces covered in dust. It was very noisy outside in the evenings/nights due to other people hanging around outside of the hotel. The service was not the best and it took a long time to check in. The positive (other than the price) is that it is easy to walk to from the Metro station and the Metro takes you directly to Lille Flandres or Lille Europe.

Room was small and very simple. The room was cold when we arrived, luckily the heater worked well. Bathroom door didn't close at all. Beds were ok to sleep in but area was noisy and walls so thin we woke up many times during the night because the noises from other rooms and outside.

Room was below par. Duvet had cigarette burns in it despite it supposed being non smoking room. Smell of cigarettes. Bathroom door didn’t close properly and wc ran continuously making noise.

Det er mere et motel end hotel. Parkering er god og gratis. Morgenmaden var god til prisen. Der er virkelig value for money. Stemning er motelagtig. Folk hang ud på gangen sent ud på aftenen. Badeværelset minder om badeværelser fra færger - meget lille og støbt i plastik. Sengene var gode. Intet privat liv hvis vinduet, der er ud til gangen, åbnes. Tæt på Dunkerque og grænsen til Belgien.

Je pense qu’il ne faut pas attendre davantage d’un première classe. La chambre était propre et la literie très confortable. Mais la salle d’eau/toilette est atroce. Je me rends sur place la nuit minuit(j'ai fais Bordeaux - Lille) je m'étais enregistré bien avant dans la journée et on m'annonce qu' aucune chambre n'est disponible je suis pommée aucune chanbre dispo autour non plus,le réceptionniste ne dit qu'il ne peut rien faire je suis restée dans la rue avec ma fille de 11 ans c'est inadmissible !!! Et le site de réservation qui me propose un dedomagement de 2.5€ !!!!! Je fais quoi avec votre dedomagement vu le stress que j'ai subi avec un enfant dehors à cet heure ci !!!!!! PLUS JAMAİS ce site ni hôtel Première classe !!!!

Je voulais prendre 15 jours , j’ai tenu 12 Bruit infernal, personnes soûl, alarme intenpesrive, 37 degres dans les chambres J’ai fait un malaise , j’ai du partir en urgence , je voulais au moins me faire rembourser les 2 nuits que j ai pas consommé .J’ai même pas un retour pour le préjudice que j’ai vécu l’enfer dans cette hôtel Je demandais rien juste de le rembourser 2 nuits car je suis partis Merci demandais faire le nécessaire
