The hotel is opposite eurostar staion and is very conveniently located to explore lille town by walking. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. However the entrance lobby and corridors are not great. The carpet in corridors looked old and entrance lobby was not attractive for a 4 star hotel. The breakfast selection was limited too.

The staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel is mostly clean - just outside the entrance occasionally needs cleaning. The breakfast is nice. The executive suite is spacious. The only problem is one of the main amenities and it is a big one - no air conditioning during a heatwave! They gave us a fan for the room but it was of limited help.

Excellent location directly across from the station as well as the bus stop for a day trip. Definitely very handy when arriving late! Appreciated the friendly welcome from Sammy. We had an Executive family suite and daily breakfast (cheaper bought when booking) which was convenient and had sufficient options for our family. The room itself worked fine. It was good to have separate toilet and sink. Housekeeping was always done well. Some things to make it better would include hooks and more clothing storage as well as more implements for the minibar area. We had to borrow mugs from breakfast!

The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and good bedding. The shower was good and towels were large. The difficulty we had was the air conditioning. It was hotter in the room than the corridor and it made it difficult to sleep and cool down on a hot day. We did ask for a fan and were given one but this didn't really help.

Great location for EuroStar and super breakfast

Great location, good level of comfort. Spacious room, very decent breakfast and served until midday. Would use the hotel again if coming to Lille on Eurostar. 5 mins walk to Westfield and to the Metro, if it is running!
