15 of us had a great weekend stay here. Hotel was clean with a good options for food and drink. Conveniently located only 20 minutes walk from Eurostar and close to lots of bars, restaurants and shops on there

Excellent hotel with everything you need

The hotel is really good with great location and central to everything. It is a 5 minute walk to the christmas market and grand place which made it great. Rooms was very spacious and comfortable. Only down side With the rooms was that it doesnt have a eletric plug on each side of the bed. Breakfast was full of great varieties at a lovely price.

I stayed several times in this hotel over the years. Lobby and bar renovations almost fully completed and succesful. Staff super friendly and nice, perfect location (everything walkable), spacious rooms. Will definitely stay there again!

Comfortable, great location. Helpful staff. Exec room had coffee machine and small fridge,, which was appreciated. Travelling with teenage childr, room with sofa bed worked well.

Toilet was dirty when we checked in. However, when we informed the reception, they cleaned it and apologised. No offer of another room. Tea, coffee bags not replaced on day 2. Called the restaurant and the restaurant staff attended to it promptly. Staff were very friendly and catered to the needs. Cleaning was not done to the entire room on D2. Only the bed was made. Definitely not a 4*

Had a great stay. It’s within walking distance of many of Lille’s attractions. The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. There’s a safe in the room and received complimentary drinks which I appreciated. I’d stay here again without a doubt!

Lovely stay

We really enjoyed our visit to the beautiful town of Lille and our stay at this hotel was excellent. It is ideally situated for exploring the town, approx 15 minutes walk from Eurostar terminal. Our room was spacious (3 adults) and clean. Although the sofa bed was slightly uncomfortable (mattresss thin), the bed was very comfortable. Staff were welcoming and helpful, arranging a taxi for our return to Eurostar. Breakfast was excellent, a great choice and regularly topped up. We didn’t dine at the hotel. We would be very happy to revisit.

Tres bon emplacement. Central avec restaurants à 2 pas. Chambre spacieuse et literie confortable. Salle de bain et wc pourraient etre renoves.. L hotel devrait proposer une formule dej express ( boisson chaude / 1 viennoiserie/ 2tr de pain-beurre) pour satisfaire tout le monde et inciter a rester sur place...l'offre a ce jour etant un buffet a 18euros
