Check in was very efficient and the breakfast was very good in the morning. The VIP perk of 1 free drink per person consisted of 1 very small bottle of water for both of us.

In the first room the toilet were constantly flushing. So a lot of water were waisted. We were moved to another room. Next to the first. In that room the drain in the sink was almost blocked so it took several minutes to empty the sink after washing hands or tooth brushing. Beside that the lamp in the cealing was out of order. So we only heared the relay were switching and when the night fall there were a dimmed light in the lamp not possible to switch off again. When that is said, the staff were nice, breakfast ok, location kind of quiet with a great view.

Wij hebben 3 dagen gelogeerd in een familiekamer. De kamer was netjes en schoon, en we hadden twee losse kamers binnen één ruimte, wat erg fijn was. Wat we echter echt misten als gezin met jonge kinderen, was een koelkast op de kamer. In beide kamers was er geen koelkast aanwezig, wat onhandig was voor het bewaren van drinken of eten voor de kinderen. Daarnaast werkte het sleutelsysteem niet goed. Iedere keer als we terugkwamen naar onze kamer, deden de pasjes het niet meer. Dat was behoorlijk frustrerend, zeker met twee kleine kinderen. Verder zat er in de lobby dagelijks een meneer die overkwam als de manager van het hotel. Hij was totaal niet vriendelijk en gaf ons het gevoel dat hij het personeel constant in de gaten hield

Leuk hotel , hele schone kamers en een goed ontbijt. En vanaf de tuin continu parachutespringers en luchtballonnen bekijken is echt leuk.

Raam van ons auto is (met nog andere 3/4 auto’s) ingeslagen en spullen uit de auto zijn gestolen. Wij kwamen hier in de ochtend pas achter, hebben hulp van personeel gevraagd zodat ze de politie voor ons konden bellen omdat wij de taal niet spreken en aangeven dat zij camerabeelden hebben. Maar zij wilden dit niet doen. Enige wat ze zeiden dat hun collega ‘iets’ in de nacht had gehoord. Je zou dan minstens verwachten dat hij eventjes naar buiten kijkt

Overall the hotel was great for us as a family. Big family room and clean condition. The area also feel quite safe compare to many other locations i. Lille. The breakfast choices was very limited foods ran out quite quickly and weren’t not refilled afterwards. BOOK IT. Perfect location with walking distance to all the must sees in Paris. Nice rooms and breakfast and the most kind and helpfull staff you can imagine. We will definitely be back.

Wir waren als Familie im Hotel. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Zimmer waren sauber, Klimaanlage angenehm, Frühstück reichhaltig, Personal mehr als freundlich. Unsere Kinder waren sehr begeistert, dass es im Eingangsbereich einen Billardtisch gab, den sie jeden Abend zum Spielen nutzen durften. Also alles perfekt!

Un hôtel qui a un succès certain.

Une petite semaine en déplacement dans cet hôtel permet de se reposer et de profiter d’un confort digne des grands hôtels. Pas d’extra… certes, mais le principal est là et il contribue efficacement à la note finale.
