Good: newly built hotel, clean, kitchen facilities (kettle, coffee maker [must bring own coffee + filters], 2 burner stovetop, microwave, fridge). Close to subway stop. Very good pricing for Lille. If not for the problems (below) would be a real bargain. So-so: neighbourhood not interesting, fairly long walk from train station if just walking. Bad: (1) Check-in terrible. Left waiting at outer gate after buzzing front desk to get in. Told we had done the right thing to get in. Waited outside until finally a guest with a card key let us in. If booking this hotel, keep front desk phone # handy on your cell phone in case you experienced what we did. (2) No soap in sink or shower soap dispensers. (3) unexpected extra 90 euro "deposit" hold on credit card though in fairness this amt. never charged. Ugly: Noise! This hotel is on a very busy autoroute expressway. Many European hotels have figured out how to insulate rooms from outside street noise (e.g., well designed windows, sometimes with triple pane glass). This hotel is NOT one of them. The noise lasts all night. Light or even medium sleepers will not get a good night's rest without wearing noise-cancelling headphones. Note: this problem probably does not affect rooms pointing away from the expressway (our room pointed away but was on a corner so one window pointed to the expressway -- that was enough to make life terrible). If booking this hotel, try to extract a promise to get one of these "away facing" rooms.

l'appart hôtel est propre. le prix est raisonnable mais avec quelques concessions notamment le fait que le studio dispose du strict minimum pour y séjourner et manque de quelques indispensables notamment le ballet, le fer à repasser et quelques ustensiles de grandes utilité. l'appart hotel demeure un bon choix qualité/ prix. situé dans un quartier calme, il est à 10 minutes de marche du centre et 3 minutes d'une station metro.

L'avantage, c'est que ce n'est pas qu'un simple hôtel, mais on réserve un petit studio équipé. Cuisine, ustensile, plaque de cuisson, etc... Un vrai plus et à proximité des gares de Lille.

Que des félicitations à apporter à ce nouvel d’établissement. Les studios sont larges spacieux et bien insonorisés. Parfaitement équipé. Le petit déjeuner est également disponible au rez-de-chaussée. L’équipe a été formidable sur toutes les requêtes particulières : arrivée à 2h du matin, il y avait des gardiens de nuit pour m’accueillir. À 10 minutes de la gare, il vaut mieux prendre un VTC que de le faire à pied de nuit. Je n’ai que des compliments à apporter à l’ensemble de l’équipe pour leur gentillesse, leurs bienveillance et leurs disponibilités. Si je reviens à Lille, c’est certainement la que je reviendrai ! De plus un Carrefour Market n’est pas très loin, ainsi que quelques options de restauration. La clim était parfaitement fonctionnelle en cette période de canicule exceptionnelle.
