do yourself a favor, stay here

This place is the real deal. Be it adults or children, this place has everything. The rooms are big and spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant and game room for kids. And on Friday night, they had a dance party outside for the adults, with about five DJs and different dance music. might’ve been 400 people there. Everyone was having a good time and was very classy, safe, and fun.

Une nuit sous le signe de Mercure

Je suis venu pour la 1ère fois dans cet hotel pour un concert et c'était une bonne surprise. Tout était fait pour avoir un séjour agréable : restaurant, bar, souvenirs, parking, chambre très bien mais le seul défaut, c'est que c'est excentré et sans moyen de transport. il faut une voiture et sinon, excellente adresse.

Accueil sympa mais hôtel vieillot, ne vaut pas 4*

Personnel très sympa, mais je trouve que l hôtel n a plus rien d un 4 étoiles. Tout est vieillot. Dans la sdb seulement du gel douche. Même pas une bouteille d eau dans la chambre, puisque c est pas bon pour l environnement! L’ écologie a bon dos… en revanche ils vous les vendent à 2,50€ il me semble( la petite bouteille.) Alors, vous les offrir (pour le prix payé ce ne serait pas de trop) c est mauvais pour la planète en revanche pour vous les vendre, pas de problème. Cherchez l erreur.. toutefois literie confortable, mais pas les coussins. Aussi très appréciable, la navette aéroport gratuite. Personnel très sympa. Mais dans l ensemble trop cher pour les prestations

Super établissement, idéalement placé aux portes de Lille et de la Belgique. Très bon accueil, endroit très propre, très bien entretenu. Chambre très grande, spacieuse, très bien équipé. Idéal pour passer quelques jours pour se reposer.

À fuir, surtout pas!

4 Étoiles, ne méritant que 2 ! et encore. Plus proche d’un hébergement pour colonie de vacances ou hôtellerie des anciens régimes des pays de l’Est, il règne un désordre innommable, Pas de comptoir réception, mais une charrette décorative des quatre saisons, une chambre sans fenêtre, vitres, opaque, dans la salle de bain, sanitaire des années, 90 Novotel, revêtement brûlé par des cigarettes oubliées. La porte des toilettes coince et se ferme pas. petit déjeuner, médiocre, mal tenu, et non réapprovisionner. J’ai occupé la chambre, 214 de mémoire. Comment peut-on laisser le label quatre étoiles un tel établissement en dérive ? Comment accord peut laisser le label 4 étoiles mercure !
