Price should come into consideration here. The hotel itself was not something I would go back to. But, plus points are: It is in the center of the town. Private parking at only 3.00 Euro is a steal, as you need it.

The rooms don't look like those in the pics online. They're small and cheaply furnished. We heard people above our room arguing loudly in the night. But the water gets hot, it's cheap, and very close to nice restaurants and bars.

Nuit à Roubaix

La ville de Roubaix a une population particulière des jeunes avec très grosse berline noire se sont garés proche de notre voiture. D autre jeune vers 2h du matin sont venus sous nos fenêtres parler, rire, chanter. Ayant notre voiture sur le parking ns n avons rien dit de peur des represailles. Une colonie de moustique tte la nuit. Ns avons dormi à tour de role peut-être 2h xhacun. Ns ne retournerons pas ds cette ville de citot.

Hôtel très bien situé en centre de ville avec parking. Très propre. Les escaliers qui donnent accès aux chambres ont besoin d’être rafraîchis mais sinon c’est un très bon sport qualité prix

Bonne accueil, facile d'accès mais literie pas très confortable lit pas accroché à la tête de lit donc qui se déplace et tête de lit abîmé le cuir s'effritais et laissais pleins de copeaux dans le lit. Parking payant et une castatrophe pour se garer des camions d'entreprise en travers partout impossible de manoeuvrer prenant 3 places obliger de se garer sur une place handicapés c'est une chose vraiment à revoir sur cet hôtel. Il serait bon aussi de mettre la clim dans les chambres chaleur insupportables mais difficile douvrir la fenetre sans être vu par dautre client qui passe devant la chambre pour atteindre la leur.
