Hôtel bien placé et personnel très agréable. Couchage très inconfortable matelas qui glisse et alaise bruyante et trop grande. Climatisation très bruyante Entrée dans la douche trop étroite. Hôtel très bien situé

Hôtel très bien situé, à proximité du vieux Lille et de la grande place. Merci à Marine pour son accueil, elle est très sympathique et serviable. Nous étions au 3ème étage, chambre et salle de bain de taille normale, matelas un peu trop ferme pour nous, le petit sur-matelas ne sert pas à grand chose. Il manque des prises de courant au niveau des tables de chevet, climatisation en service. Le petit déjeuner, sucré ou salé se prend au 4 ème étage.
