Firstly they hacked their booking system and my personal information were stolen. Then our room was dirty (hair in the shower, spot on the linen, bin with someone else rubbish). We complained and the gave us an “upgrade”. From the new room we could hear the television of the room next to us and people passing on the corridor. Amenities very old. Only plus that you are next Westfield shopping center and the train station - that’s it.

Cet hébergement se situe à deux pas de la gare Lille-Flandres. L’accueil est très sympa, nous avons pu faire le check-in un peu avant 15h. Il est possible de déposer ses bagages à l’accueil avant le check-in et après le check-out, sans frais. La chambre était propre et agréable !
