Lovely small hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Good location close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Most of the main attractions in walking distance and 7 minutes from Eurostar. Easy to miss when you first try to find it though as it is just a small door between 2 restaurants opposite the Gare de Lille

Excellent hotel! Perfect for families, couples or solo travellers. Location of the property is as good as it gets, right in the centre of Lille amongst all the main shops, restaurants and sightseeing places. I definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit Lille for a short break.

Rosa Hotel was a great central point for our 3-day stay in Lille. Travelling by train as a family of 4 we couldn’t have asked for more!

There is nowhere for you to park or drop off your bags by this hotel. The hotel itself was ok. We had a small room (way smaller than what the pictures looked like) we stayed in a family room. With the two kids beds out there was literally no way to move around. Luckily they had a nice common space down the hall with tables you could eat at. I am surprised how quiet it was because it was a zoo outside. So many people all over everywhere. The area didn’t seem safe and was not very clean. The hotel is literally where the main train station doors open to. We took a $16 taxi to a laundromat in a different neighbourhood because the one beside the hotel was filled with weirdos (not doing their laundry) that would try and talk to you. Mostly the area of this one put me off right away. Inside the hotel was fine.

A great place to stay in Lille

The Rosa Hotel is beautifully decorated and conveniently located near to both of Lille's train stations and to the city centre. The superior room was warm, clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The lounge area is a bonus. I'd happily stay here again.

Wow! Beautiful place! Breakfast was amazing for the 6€ price so many options. The hotel is right in the middle of the center and next to two train stations and shopping mall. The shampoos were from L’Occitane, which was a nice touch. The hotel just had a beautiful aesthetic to it. It was all pink and really well done would highly recommend and stay again

Its a boutique horel so some rooms like single are smallish. But others are larger. Hotel judy opene24 June 2024. But all is new and comfortable. Super close transport, train bus, easy walk to shops and restaurants. This is a real gem. Great staff.

Brilliant little hotel for two day stay in lille, close to city centre. The no room key and using digital key card on your phone takes some getting used to. Make sure you have signal or 4G as if you arrive late in the evening like we did.. you can't enter the property. Lucky other guest came back and let us in, then managed to hotspot till on the wifi for access to room ect.. No reception staff past 10pm.. Only negative is there is no coffee or tea making facilities.. in the room which seems odd.. Room great size, great shower.

Can't get any worse

Long hair receptionist who checked me in was the nastiest receptionist i have ever dealt with. She definitely is not the right person for the hospitality industry as she showed her unprofessionalism and a bad attitude. I offered to provide the details to the hotel manager but never heard back in the automatic survey letter sent by the hotel. All in all the hotel is a next step up from a hostel. I never stay at a budget places like this one but this was a perfect example why bad hotel accommodation can spoil your experience of visiting different places. This is the worst spent money on the accommodation that can only be compared with an upmarket hostel. Everything about this place is budget, at first sight it will look presentable but during your stay you'll notice how poorly the cleaning services are executes. Please see the photos attached. The worst part was the breakfast yoghurt, served in the reusable jar. The jar lid was filthy, looks like it wasn't washed since the hotel opened. Big health hazard, please see the photo. The bathroom was not clean, no hot water... The list goes on. I would not recommend this place. It's right opposite the main railway station. The street noise will keep you awake all night. The breakfast is probably on the level of a soup kitchen. I have nothing positive to say about the place, especially the staff.

Room decor, and hotel decor, is cool. I liked the building. Check-in was easy enough. Having our keycard through our phones was neat, since it meant my husband and I could both access a keycard. I was disappointed there were no tissues, despite a tissue box. The hotel and its room were unique. We had a cool view of the central square in front of the gare. We stayed on Saturday-Sunday nights. Outside was loud, which I knew, but somehow still didn't expect. It did not keep my husband or daughter awake; it mainly kept me awake since I was jet lagged. I probably would have slept through it otherwise. I loved the location and liked the hotel and room, but am not sure I would stay here again because of this because I am apparently a light sleeper.

I booked this place for my daughter who is backpacking across Europe and is staying in hostels. I decided to give her a little treat during this leg of her journey and found this spot, which I loved right away. Right next to the transportation centre, totally safe, and she loved the boutique style of her room. And the best she said was the complimentary hot chocolate, which was hands down the best she had so far. Plus, the croissants were a bonus. All these little things make a big deal, and she totally loved her stay.

Zeer centraal gelegen. Gemakkelijk parkeren bij station dat tegenover het hotel ligt. Personeel is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Inchecken met de QR-code was niet gelukt maar werd door het aanwezige personeel opgelost.
