Beware, hotel is nothing like in the pictures, very small room and bathrooms Cleanliness isn’t great but I’ve seen worse Pool is tiny, and food is ok Grand hotel if ur travelling and need somewhere to stay at short notice

Two payments taken on pre-paid room

I paid for two rooms in advance with Hotels.com and the hotel took two additional payments from my credit card instead of taking deposit swipes. They are now refusing to refund the unauthorised payments they have taken. I’d suggest people avoid this place.

Les chambres manquent de lumiĂšre, et les murs sombres accentuent l’impression d’obscuritĂ©. Il n’y a pas de vĂ©ritable source de lumiĂšre, les lampes prĂ©sentes ne suffisent pas, ce qui rend la chambre sombre. Dans les toilettes, il est impossible de se laver les mains aprĂšs usage car il n’y a pas de lavabo. Il serait prĂ©fĂ©rable de combiner les toilettes et la salle de bain en une seule piĂšce. C’est dommage qu’il n’y ait nulle part de bouilloire pour faire chauffer de l’eau pour le thĂ©. Le choix de nourriture au petit-dĂ©jeuner est trĂšs limitĂ©. On trouve surtout des plats sucrĂ©s, mais il manque des options salĂ©es. Les seuls disponibles sont des Ɠufs durs froids. Il n’y a pas de lĂ©gumes comme des tomates, des concombres ou des poivrons. Tout le monde n’aime pas manger sucrĂ© le matin.

. Food service appalling

Biggest let down the hotel was the restaurant, slow poor service, made to reuse cutlery between courses and breakfast was a joke hardly any food was laid out and the staff were obvious about their guests are hungry! Being served sour beer when they knew the keg was gone!

HÎtel trÚs bien maintenu. Chambre en parfait état et trÚs propre. Personnel poli et sympathique. Petit déjeuner convenable. Jeux pour enfant. Je recommande cet hÎtel. A 10 minutes de Lille, 30 minutes de Gent, 35 minutes de Bruges.

- 1 - @ 5.30am - We have been waken up by two mens which entered our room. They were as surprised as us to see that they have been given access to the same room. This is not acceptable as we were travelling as a family and booked this hotel to have some proper rest. Also when raising this issue with the reception, they just said that they were going to report but didn't recorded it in front of us. 2/ I also asked for a printed invoice but couldn't get it as their printer was not working.

Au dĂ©part, un accueil trĂšs correct, mais au retour de notre soirĂ©e Ă  2h du matin ,barriĂšre fermĂ©e et personne ne rĂ©pond Ă  l’interphone, 15 minutes Ă  attendre devant la grille avant d’avoir une rĂ©ponse.. on s’aperçoit que le hall d’entrĂ©e est trĂšs accueillant mais en fouillant un peu on s’aperçoit que les rĂ©novations ne sont que de surface.. 10 personnes dans l’hĂŽtel et le buffet de petit dĂ©jeuner est dans un Ă©tat lamentable et nous n’avons vu personne s’en occuper ou dĂ©barrasser les tables, les trois quarts des fruits pourris ,la plupart des verres et tasses ne sont pas propres au point qu ils collent sur le meuble dans lequel ils sont rangĂ©s ,une chaleur incroyable dans la salle de restauration et un problĂšme aussi avec eau chaude eau froide au robinet et Ă  la douche de la chambre.. Bref, nous sommes loin de la gestion et du standing habituel des Ibis Style
