Contrary to the presentation of the hotel at Expedia site there was no such thing as free parking. At the recommendation of the hotel we hat to use a public parking close to the hotel for 26,40 Euro for the one night we stayed. Moreover, we were told that even in case one of the two (!) parking places of the hotel had been free, it would have been payable at a rate close to the one at the public garage. Getting from the hotel to the parking in Lille’s not so easy understandable traffic, coming back to the hotel and all the communication around parking including finding out how and where to pay cost us about an hour of our limited time in Lille. Service was friendly. No air conditioning on a hot day. That was ok as we knew that in advance. We were able to open the window, by doing so, however, we got mosquitos. Location is good. It is close to the old city center and the train station.

The hotel was nice and a good price. Good location in the center of the city. Of course this means it is in the center of the city, so you have to be ok with some noise and bustle, but we found it very convenient and the staff was very good about answering questions and giving us recommendations for restaurants and directions. Over all, it was a good hotel!

Had a problem with previous hotel as they were overbooked. After spending 2 hours with expedia customer service i was move d to this hotel. No way 3 star! Very Small room. If you are very tall no way you can use the toilet as the toilet nearly touch the radiator same for the shower, tiny space! Extremely basic. At the end i did not stay and booked a better hotel. Couldnt bother to contact again expedia customer service.

A perfect example of a quality hotel with very comfortable facilities helpful friendly staff. You can't fault it. Very central to the centre as well as the Eurostar terminal and the local train station.

Venus passer un week end d’anniversaire en amoureux nous avons pu assister Ă  la conversation télephonique de nos voisines de chambre rentrĂ©es dans un vacarme Ă  3h du matin sans en perdre une miette, l’insonorisation Ă©tant tout Ă  fait inexistante ! C’était sans compter sur la personne responsable de la surveillance de nuit qui n’a absolument rien fait quand une alarme a sonnĂ© a tout rompre pendant 30 minutes dans la piece d’a cĂŽtĂ©! hormis nous assurer qu’il est montĂ© frapper, s’excuser et nous annoncer qu’il n’y avait pas de chambre disponible pour nous reloger ! (Enfin si, mais un autre couple l’aurait refusĂ©e selon lui, ne convenant pas Ă  la description faite sur le site...) RĂ©sultat : une nuit dĂ©plorable, et lorsqu’on demande un remboursement l’hĂŽtesse nous rĂ©pond qu’elle va se rapprocher de sa direction qui Ă  ce jour reste muette. A fuir sauf si vous aimez partager la vie des autres usagers de l’hĂŽtel. Nous ne comptons pas en rester lĂ .

Good stop over after Eurostar

C'Ă©tait un sĂ©jour assez agrĂ©able, prĂšs de la gare, ce qui Ă©tait important pour un dĂ©part matinal. Le personnel de la rĂ©ception Ă©tait excellent et serviable. J'aurais peut-ĂȘtre dĂ» expliquer mon problĂšme Ă  l'avance, mais l'ascenseur n'allait pas jusqu'Ă  l'Ă©tage de ma chambre, j'ai donc dĂ» porter une lourde valise dans les escaliers. Mais ce n'Ă©tait pas trop grave

J'Ă©tais venue seule. Le personnel Ă©tait sympathique. La chambre Ă©tait propre au 1Ăšre coup d'Ɠil mais il restait quelques cheveux dans la salle de bain. La chambre etait bien pour une personne mais Ă©troit pour 2. C'est Ă©galement dommage qu'il n'y avait pas d'ouvre bouteille.

SĂ©jour de 3 nuits. Accueil trĂšs sympathique, chambre trĂšs propre. L'hĂŽtel est idĂ©alement situĂ© trĂšs proche de la gare Lille Flandres et du coeur de ville. Quelqu'un est Ă  la rĂ©ception 24h/24. Wifi gratuit et efficace. Mini bĂ©mol sur l'insonorisation de la chambre mais habituel dans les bĂątiments anciens et pas rĂ©ellement gĂȘnant. Pas d'avis sur le petit-dĂ©jeuner que je n'ai pas pris Ă  l'hĂŽtel. Bref, je recommande !
