The hotel is beautiful and the staff are friendly and speak English. Excellent parking space. Only a 10 to 15 min. walk from the city center. Beautiful surroundings near the hotel. Nice, clean room and excellent breakfast. Highly recommended for a city trip.

The staff were incredibly helpful and made sure all of my needs were taken care of. The food at the hotel was also amazing - I couldn't get enough of the delicious meals they served. The property was clean and tidy and has a nice bar area with a lovely and helpful bar lady called Aurelian. The rooms were comfy but rather poorly lit - impossible to read a book in bed. On arrival we were given two double rooms but had booked two twins. This took about 50 minutes to resolve and the reception staff did not apologise but seemed to think they had done us a favour! They were generally rather offhand. On our second night one was working in the bar area taking up a table and having a very loud online conversation.

In a ancient monastery. Nice hotel, good rooms, staff is almost non existent. When we asked for a glass of water in the lobby we were told we can find one in the bar or the toilet..

The hotel is conveniently located. It is very close to the historic Citadel, now a large park with a zoo and amusement park, and fantastic for walks and runs. The hotel is a short walk to the centre of Lille and about a 20 mins leisurely walk from the Eurostar station. The hotel has been modernised. The rooms are clean and welcoming and very quiet. The bar served a good range of alocollic and non-alcoholic cocktails and drinks. Breakfast was included in our booking and there was a good variety. We found the staff friendly.
