Salle de bain vétuste (moisissures au plafond, carrelages arrachés ), ascenseur dangereux d'après le personnel d'entretien lui même, une seule serviette de bain par chambre pour deux, pas de menage pendant 3 jours : serviettes qui restent mouillées et contenants à savon vides non rechargés, essaim de mouches au dessus des denrées alimentaires du petit dejeuner, petits coussins 40x40 en guise d'oreillers, en nombre insuffisant

C'est très bruyant, chambre proche de la porte de l'ascenseur et de la porte de la cage d'escalier qui claque fortement car le groom est cassé. Impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte car le bruit extérieur est très fort (voitures, scooters). La literie est bonne, l'hôtel est un peu vétuste mais des efforts de relooking sont faits.

Incommode et peu pratique, un hébergement restrein

L'établissement est vieillisant. L'ascenceur ne fonctionne pas. La chambre est petite et la circulation est difficile. Il n'est pas possible d'utiliser le meuble qui sert de bureau. Pas de chauffage, dans la chambre et la salle de bain est peu pratique (baignoire). Un hébergement qui demanderai à être repensé.

Perfect for an over night stay on our way to Bruges and the tunnel en route back from the alps and Switzerland. We booked and checked in 10 minutes later and Khalid at the front desk was very efficient and attentive. We actually booked another place but neither me nor my daughter felt safe there so staying at the Comfort Hotel was a great decision for a good night’s rest in a comfortable bed.

Séjour médiocre

Nous n'avons pas eu une bonne expérience : Mauvaise literie, manque de serviettes, pas de nettoyage de la chambre le 2e jour, le tuyau de douche défectueux. A partir de quelle âge un enfant est-il considéré comme un adulte, rien n'est inscrit même sur place? Mon enfant de 10 ans a été considéré comme un adulte, est-ce normal (petit déjeuner + taxe de séjour) ? J'ai donc informé l'employé d'acceuil qu'un mineur n'était pas redevable de la taxe de séjour. Pour la taxe qui a été facturée, celle-ci me sera remboursée. Cet hôtel ne mérite pas un 3 *.
