We have stayed here every year for the past 4 years and this year discovered the appartments have had upgrding (they were nice before but now they have had a major renovation they look amazing) the staff were as friendly and awesome as they always are. The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment. My room was one that has been upgraded and it is done to a high standard. The apart-hotel room is spacious, clean, comfortable and I would recommend it. There are some sound issues with the adjoining room, but this is pretty minor. The location is excellent for trains, metro and walking into Vieux Lille.

The location of the hotel is very good if you are travelling by train. However it is currently under construction with badly presented reception and lifts that are covered in tapes. The apartments are good size but outdated. You can hear the occupants from the room above you very clearly. I wish we were informed of the building works at the time of booking.
