Great helpful friendly staff. Big clean room & bathroom. Excellent breakfast buffet! Every morning the staff greeted me with a smile and asked about my stay. They welcomed the small talk and my practice speaking conversational Spanish. Don't miss the opportunity to sit out on the terrace and enjoy the bar area. Loved the city view from the large floor to ceiling windows in my room. Hotel is in a very busy, somewhat noisy area but I loved it. Across the street is Megapolis Outlets (not as many stores as I anticipated), including Hard Rock Cafe and Daiquiri 23 (both serve great food). The only downside was only 3 English speaking TV stations (I didn't inquire if there was an option to change this). My goal during this stay was to experience living like a native and so I did with the TV. Overall this was a very nice hotel on the Cinta Costera with great views of the pacific and city. I would definitely consider staying here again.
