“First: Extra friendly and helpful staff! Good location near seaside restaurants and shopping malls. Good breakfast. But 1. Safety box didn't work before and after repairing 2. You had to tell reseption if you wanted to go to swimming pool, because it was locked. Waiting every day somebody to come and open the door. 3. “The hotel is well located on the seafront, with a lovely ocean view and direct access to a large mall, with good shopping and food options. The room was clean and nicely furnished, spacious with a very comfy bed and plenty of hot water. The pool is on the 6th floor and is clean and well maintained, however there is no shade, there are umbrella holders, but sadly no umbrellas, lots of guests were looking for shade. “I booked this hotel for my family, and they really enjoyed their stay! They loved the beautiful hotel and views, and they had a lot of fun at the mini water parks. The only downside was the poor phone connection and the Wi-Fi not working. They reported the Wi-Fi issue three times and were told someone would come fix it, but unfortunately, it still wasn’t working when they checked out. Overall, my family had a great time and enjoyed their stay!”
