Had a fantastic stay at Lize Graceland! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The Inn was spotless, and our room was both vlean and comfortable. Great location and excellent service- highly recommend!

We booked this stay for the last night of our anniversary trip! The accommodation is located within the old town, thus no cars are allowed to enter. However the hotel staff had already contacted me far in advance to arrange luggage pick up so arriving to the hotel was very easy! They also arranged a quieter room for us and surprised us with a cake too! We loved the stay, very different to your usual city hotels but regardless it had all the amenities we needed. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and location is quiet yet a stones throw away from tourist spots.

Lize Graceland Artistic Suite Inn is located in the midst of the many crisscrossing streets of Lijiang’s Ancient City. Eateries and shops abound around the inn. It may be a little hard to find for first time visitors but the staff does a great job directing you to a nearby location and then meeting and accompanying you to the inn. Speaking of the staff, starting with the manager Julia, they are very helpful and personal with their service. We came up from Dali and Julia made all the arrangements for our trip back. They answered all our questions and provided information about what to do and where to visit. Our room was spacious and clean and we were met with a tray of coffee, tea and snacks. Julia obviously understands that happy and satisfied customers make for a successful business. My wife and I highly recommend this place.

Amazing management and beautiful home

No need to look any further for a place to stay in Lijiang if you’re planning to come here for a few days of tourism: this hotel is near the middle of the main old town/walking area is a fantastic value at less than 150usd a night. The washroom is modern and everything else is stylistically well designed and maintained in the moremore traditional fashion. Most impressively though was the level of detail and care provided by the warm and welcoming manager of the hotel and her staff. She double checked our itinerary to ensure we would have enough time for each step, gave recommendations, and helped us organize transportation where necessary. She offered cakes and tea for when we returned in the evening, and packed a small to-go bag of breakfast, knowing we had an early-morning departure. I’ve stayed in countless 4/5 star hotels and have never experienced this much helpful, yet non-intrusive hospitality from any other lodging.

Hotel location is good. We have warm welcome everyday by service staff and well taken care not only on hostel but also of knowledge of tour around in town or short tour to other place.. my 2nd time of staying this hotel and I like the view here.. we enjoy by having tea.break section served by this hotel.. nice to stay here..
