My stay at the Kauai Palms was absolutely amazing. The staff was so helpful and friendly from the moment that I checked in to the moment that I left. Everyone was so warm and friendly and treated me like I was family. I will definitely come back again the next time I come to Kauai!!

Loved staying here. I traveled with my elderly mother and two teenage children. We loved the nostalgic charm. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very close to dining and activities. Loved having a kitchenette. Hotel was perfect for my mom‘s mobility scooter. We were on the first floor and able to park close to the room. Room had a window air conditioner that worked great keeping our room cool in the hot temperatures. Gorgeous views on the morning. Quiet neighborhood. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The staff was kind and helpful and the outside of the hotel was well maintained. Our room was just okay though and the bathroom was covered in long black hair when we arrived. We left quite early in the morning and washed all our clothes as soon as possible

It is a quaint older property that is well maintained and clean. If you are looking for marble and contemporary or classic furniture and cabinets you’ll be disappointed, but if you want a clean, relatively quiet, safe place to stay with A/C , then your good. Staff are friendly. It is close to airport and a few restaurants. The only thing I didn’t like was a neighbor in next room that had TV on Loud, but he obliged and took it down.

Very charming little oasis in Lihue. Room was simple, clean and perfect with local touches. Bed was SO comfortable I slept 10 hours! They have nice coffee and lemon water in the lobby area that we enjoyed each day. Very centrally located.
