The location of the hotel was perfect. We loved the nearby beach and swimming areas. The staff was hit or miss depending on who was available. At times they were helpful and knowledgeable while other staff members were clueless and not helpful at all. The cleanliness could use some improvement with more attention to detail. We had ants invade our space on the second night there and this was without any food in the room. The resort fees should be optional being that we did not utilize any of their offerings. Also, having to pay $25 a night for parking seems a bit excessive. Thankfully the beauty of Kauai and its people made the overall stay worth it in the end.

The property is great in term of location, beautiful view and beach, very family friendly but the property itself is very old and showing signs of aging it could use a facelift; that said I’d recommend for family with small kids because of the shallow beach area for kids. Love Hilton resort 👍❤️
