Chambre bien agencée et pratique, matelas de bonne qualité et épaisseur de 15 cms Chambre au 3 Úme étage, donc calme, malgré la bordure de l'autoroute, ascenceur La serviette de toilette est un drap de bain L'ensemble est propre L'appareil de réservation à l'entrée est vraiment trÚs recalcitrant et bloque, trÚs, trÚs difficile et long de récupérer le code de la chambre réservée, et à 16h, il n'y a pas de permanence de personnel. C'est un frein important pour d'autres réservations.

HĂŽtel B&B rĂ©cent, propre, accueil agrĂ©able. Par contre, dans le noir, j’ai mis 25mn Ă  trouver l’hĂŽtel Si on met le nom de l’hĂŽtel sur Waze, il nous envoie en centre ville et quand on met la rue, on arrive dans un lieu non Ă©clairĂ©, dans une zone industrielle et il faut avancer fort pour voir le premier panneau ! Il serait bien d’en ajouter un Merci

L'hÎtel est situé dans une zone industrielle, ce qui n'est pas dérangeant du tout le week-end. J'ai du changer de chambre, et j'ai vraiment eu beaucoup de chance cette fois-ci , car une employée a été présente quelques instants. Pas de bouchon pour le lavabo et l'écoulement de la douche ne se faisait pas, ce qui a inondé la chambre. Nouvelle télécommande minimaliste pour la tv avec des touches effacées. L'enregistrement à l'accueil automatique était trÚs capricieux , il a fallu recommencer maintes fois pour que l'appareil veuille bien valider. Bref ! Sinon, le couchage est bien et la chambre aménagée avec logique.

J'Ă©tais de mariage ce jour. ArrivĂ©e autour de 15h30 office reception fermĂ©e. Je me suis dirigĂ©e sur la borne pour obtenir ma chambre et le code d'accĂšs. La rĂ©fĂ©rence de rĂ©servation introuvable. AprĂšs plusieurs tentatives sans succĂšs je m'adresse Ă  l'assistance tĂ©lĂ©phonique qui a son tour ne trouve pas mon enregistrement. L'assistance me propose d'attendre il va tenter de joindre la gestionnaire, Ă©chec DerniĂšre solution proposĂ©e d'attendre 17 heures l'arrivĂ©e du personnel de service pas de choix. Comme pour enfoncer le clou la personne d'astreinte Ă©tait en retard. A son arrivĂ©e elle ne trouve pas ma reservation non plus. Au bout de 20 minutes de recherche elle fini par trouver mon nom nouveau problĂšme mon rĂšglement n'etait pas enregistrĂ© heureusement que je detenais mon reçu de paiement. Une bonne heure supplĂ©mentaire d'attente. Ma cĂ©rĂ©monie gĂąchĂ©e. Je ne suis pas prĂȘte Ă  faire une reservation dans ce type de systĂšme d'hĂ©bergement. TrĂšs déçue. Jeanne Claire
