Le logement est propre (quasi neuf) et l'emplacement est très bon. L'immeuble est sale (escalier / caves) Un seul jeu de draps pour 15 jours à laver soi-même (pas de sèche linge) Les tringles a rideaux sont justes collées à la peinture du plafond : elles tombent. Bilan : joli appartement bien placé, mais details de finitions à revoir et conciergerie inefficace.
