Disappointing

Location is alright, five minutes walk to the center of Quartier Louis. The free airport shuttle is a great benefit. The aircon remote control had a broken screen so configuring settings were next to impossible. The rain shower was broken and the hand shower in bad state. At one point there was no water in my bathroom, I tried calling the reception 4 times without any answer so I had to get dressed and go there in person. There’s a nightclub on the facilities which pounds music all over the place on weekends.

A normal hotel with great staff, but not super clean. It was not bad all in all, just not european standard. But thats can be expected for the price in Libreville. So I would stay again. The only thing that I found a bit annoying is that walking from there was difficult because of the road. But people usually take taxis in Libreville and they are abundant.

The room was noisy 204 is on road side wass music until 23 h night , power cut several time , the bad experience is 8000cfafor breakfast that is completely humpty at 8h30 is scandalous, service is bad when you request something they look like you are from mars. I booked my stay there from december 8 to December 12th. I got the confirmation number and email to confirm my booking. I called the 4th of december and spoke to someone. They told me that the booking is fine and should not be a problem. I landed in Libreville and I drove to the hotel on the 8th of december at night. I was in chock and surprise by the reception and other people there to tell me that they do not have my name and they do not have any other room available. I did not even get to have an apology or better explanation from these people. The situation was so unresposnsible, unprofessionnal, not wise, not ethical and not respecting the agreement that you have with the booking websites. I made a complain and I heard that this hotel is custom to have left people out even when they have a booking in place. Hotel.com, expedia all the platform should seriously considering reduced the visibility of this hotel location because they put more priority with people coming in person than someone who has a booking for days or weeks. I was extremely disapointed by the welcome and the outcome of the situation because they did not offer anything else to me than just the hotel is full, basically go find yourself another place to stay.

Water is always available for bathing and flushing, water boiling system for bathing is Okay What i dislike is no bottled water for drinking, the hotel of that status should have at least one free bottle water for drinking on daily basis. The television inside my room is not functioning for Three days. The Telephone inside my room is not functioning for all the days that I lodged in the hotel. There is Cockroach Insects inside the Hotel.

Séjour mitigé malgré une chambre raisonnable

La chambre Ă©tait confortable et calme, mais manque cruellement de prises : impossible de brancher la bouilloire fournie et pas de quoi charger un tĂ©lĂ©phone (nous Ă©tions en couple !) et brancher un ordinateur portable. En ce qui concerne le restaurant pour les petits-dĂ©jeuners, c'est trĂšs dĂ©cevant : pas de confiture, ni pĂąte Ă  tartiner, ni charcuterie, ni fromage, seulement du beurre pour mettre sur le pain. Le cafĂ© est en poudre en dosettes, sinon thĂ© ou chocolat en poudre. Pas de serviettes de table mĂȘme en papier, seulement du papier essuie-tout ! Bref le petit-dĂ©jeuner n'est pas digne d'un hĂŽtel qui s'affiche deux Ă©toiles ! Je ne peux pas honnĂȘtement, ni raisonnablement recommandĂ© cet hĂŽtel. Par contre je recommande son Ă©quivalent HĂŽtel Hibiscus Louis, qui est bien plus adaptĂ© et au restaurant mieux fourni.
