There really is not a vanity area and has no good place to put a toiletry bag, hot rollers, etc. The mirror is the one above the sink in the bathroom by the toilet with poor lighting. Also no place to hang the hand towel.

Very nice renovations!!!

This lodging has been completely restored to renew my faith in this chain!!! New lobby, new breakfast area (this not to say breakfast has improved but you can eat in-lovely surroundings !!). Room has serene atmosphere , very comfortable beds, & more than adequate lighting!!! Check out the bedside lamps!!

An average hotel

Good breakfast and comfortable bed. It seemed like many of the vending machines, washer, ice machine at my end of the hotel were out of order. They did have another ice machine down by the office though. The security doors at my end were not very secure and were difficult to shut tightly.

This property was not handicap assessable with two bed as requested. Once there we were given the choice of 1 bed that had a bathroom we (two guys/ not partners) could use or two beds and a bathroom that was not users friendly. With the aging and diverse population one would think that options with handicap assess ability room would be a must for a hospitality company. Drive through trash cans with car and truck highs would be a great addition also.

Hotel is decent. We were placed in a room next to the roadway upstairs which was extremely noisy during nighttime hours. There is not an elevator which made arrival and departure frustrating. We were allowed to keep our pets in the room which was nice. Staff was very nice and helpful and they had a free breakfast that was decent. Overall I gave this hotel a 3 out of 5 because it does not have an elevator, we heard traffic on the road all night from our room, the AC unit didn’t work very well and there were a few things broken throughout the hotel. Needs some upkeep.

The desk clerk spent 20 min. Attempting to find my reservation, the called her boss. Was unwilling to view my confirmation email. This am the same issue stating she couldn’t check me out, I told her it was billed thru Hotels. Com she continued to stare at her phone and chew gum . 1/2 hr. Later I told it was already pd. & I left have never experienced this before with hotels.com Also the carpeting in our room was very stained
