Everything was fine, except: (1) there were cockroaches in our room (none seen upon check-in, but found three without even looking this morning, including one in the shower), (2) I was charged $25 twice for incidentals (once yesterday and again today after checking out). Staff was very apologetic about the roaches, and I understand it wasn’t their fault. I would appreciate the reversal of the incidental charges, none of which I used.
