We had a great time here. We stayed in the Torre room which had an incredible view, was clean, and even better than the pictures in person. Breakfast was great and the staff were very attentive and friendly. They were very accomodating for check in and throughout our stay. Bus stops nearby as well as ferry line from Lezzeno. Overall 10/10, we would definetly stay here again:)

One of the greatest experiences of our honeymoon! The staff was incredible welcoming, helpful and overall wonderful. They were helpful with the instructions and ready to answer any questions. They have availability for free parking, safe and close to the rooms. Breakfast was amazing! Jacuzzi and beach, just a 3 minute walk, also incredible. What a great experience overall!

Our stay at Palazzo di Viceré was absolutely wonderful. This was, without a doubt, the most beautiful hotel we stayed at during our trip to Italy. The property is stunning, full of character and elegance, with breathtaking views of Lake Como. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible hospitality. The owner was exceptionally kind and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Every recommendation was thoughtful, and his genuine care for his guests made all the difference. The breakfast was outstanding, with fresh, delicious local products served in a beautiful setting. Every detail of the hotel has been carefully curated, creating a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. We were traveling with two young children, and it was a fantastic place for our family as well. We would recommend Palazzo di Viceré to anyone visiting Lake Como and would love to come back someday.

This property was AMAZING with beach access.

The property is AMAZING with views of the lake. Other towns are very touristy, but this town was charming. The hotel manager even came to pick us up from the boat ferry.

The hotel is a little out of the way but our room La Vista was beautiful. Parking is not actually at the hotel just a few metres north of the hotel. There’s a sign on the road saying ‘21’ and the driveway is immediately north of that. Go down and take the first right and park anywhere. Once you have someone show you how to get to reception, it’s easy. We decided the best way to see the lake was by driving to Bellagio and paying for parking for the day then using the boats to look at each village. We had a great time.

Absolutely loved our stay, great property! Adrianna was wonderful, I highly recommend trying her scrambled eggs with Parmesan! We also very much enjoyed Lezzeno, good transport link and overall a little quieter than other villages around the lake which was exactly what was needed. There are a few lovely restaurants and bars within walking distance.

We stayed in the La Vista room at Palazzo del Vicerè and absolutely loved it. The view was just as amazing as the pictures and the location was walking distance to restaurants and a boat rental (which I would highly recommend). Arianna was very attentive and helped us out all throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this location if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful stay on Lake Como.

When you walk into the courtyard at the Palazzo you know you are somewhere special. Arianna is very welcoming and speaks very good English. The La Vista room we chose was simply amazing. Six big windows letting the light stream in and giving us fantastic views out over the Lake. The room was beautifully decorated and furnished and was spotlessly clean. The Palazzo has a lot of history and this is explained in the very useful information book in the room. The hotel has a private deck area right on the banks of the Lake. Sun loungers, brollies, hot tub and fridge with refreshments. What a place to sunbathe and watch the boats go by. Breakfast was a lovely buffet that could be taken in the dining room or outside in the courtyard. There are a couple of very nice restaurants within walking distance for evening meals. The ferry to Bellagio is a fifteen minute walk from the hotel. Bellagio is worth a visit but we couldn’t wait to get back to the peace and tranquility at the Palazzo. Our two nights at the Palazzo was the highlight of our Italian Lake trip. Many thanks to Arianna for making us so welcome.

Lovely, charming, quiet. Our room was beautiful. We enjoyed a delicious dinner a short walk down the path that runs just below the Palazzo leading back up to the street to the nearby Hotel Ristorante Pizzeria Helvetia. We watched the sun set on Lake Como, sitting on the private beach owned by the Palazzo and reading until the light was too dim, then looking at the lovely lights around the lake. Breakfast in the courtyard with a custom omelet and variety of selections, all with wonderful service by the family.

Incredible property and service

We had a wonderful stay in this unique property with our 11 & 13 year old daughters. Staying in the family apartment L'Onda was just brilliant with so much space and our own jacuzzi overlooking Lake Como. Can't recommend it highly enough.
