“Great staff, clean room”

“Roaches, alot of them. Had to sleep with one eye open.”

“Great hotel, great location, right across the mall. Everything is close from it. Pleanty of restaurants across the street and the hotels buffet is good also. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and well mantain. Hightly recommended”

“Had bed bugs and would allow to switch rooms. Got bit up. Terrible experience”

“My only complaint is that there was a party on the second floor that migrated to the third. My friend had to go out in the hall and ask the partiers to keep it quiet. When we checked out, I told the manager about it. She was understanding but noted that that other group had a reservation, too. I reminded the manager that other guests have to respect their neighbors who may be trying to sleep. She said that she would make a not of it. While the manager was pleasant enough and seemed concerned, I...

“We loved this place.”

“This is a tough review for sure. Let’s start with the amazing. The STAFF it’s absolute first class amazing. The food at the Q restaurant is very good. The morning breakfast is amazing!!The location is perfect for getting around. Now the BAD We were upgraded to Room 704 which is a family suite. Beautiful room. Unfortunately the smart TV did not work and the Wi-Fi was nonexistent. We did asked to transfer rooms which ended up being 401. Much smaller room with the queen bed but at least the Wi-Fi...

“This is a great place for day pass and overnight weekend staycations. Feels like all is designed for you to stay outside of your room. The lap pool, the jacuzzi and the wanna be beach pool are great. The huts around them are super comfy and great to lounge. The gym is okay. It's just small. The Oasis bar is so convenient but the menu isn't that original. Try their oasis maki. The room is spacious but poorly furnished. There is just 1 chair and no wardrobe. Just a steel structure to hang a few...

“Smells like fungi and too noisy. WiFi was terrible.”

“Very clean and very polite staff.”

“Room was a bit dirty. Around and under the bed. The bathroom smelled of sewage. All electronic appliances were completely worn out. The refrigerator did little to cool anything inside it. Instead it just made a moderate unpleasant noise. The air conditioner was worse. It has no temperature control, so it could only do too cold or off. And the noise while running was so high it could cause hearing damage. It sounded like a rock shaker. Check in was fine. The shared room structure was a bit...

“I am extremely grateful to the staff for being so accommodating and understanding of my late check-in. They were receptive in communication through the Expedia app. The room itself was spacious, clean, comfortable; nicely decorated and air conditioned. Hot breakfast was included with my booking and was well balanced. I recommend not missing out by sleeping in late. If breakfast is not enough, there is also a café on the ground floor that seemed promising- though I did not get a chance to try...

“It's a no frills hotel. No elevator for seniors or PWD. Minimal off street parking. The airconditioning wasn't cooling well so they brought me a fan. The hot water heater didn't work so they gave me a bucket and dipper to do a cold bath.”

“Great”
