Very convenient for M6, very useful. Clean spacious bathroom (shared with 3 other bedrooms - was this in the info?), very comfortable bed and nice decor. Chris, on request, brought us an extra chair and extra cups. My sense of no.86 was of an upmarket HMO. I did wonder what the fire safety arrangements were as only permitted exit was through the kitchen to the back door.
