Lovely room, great value for money. The set up is lovely with a pub on site for lunch and dinner and a cafe on site for breakfast. Check-in was quick and easy. Would definitely visit again.
Very relaxing, staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a lovely pond, wildlife and animals. We got to fed the ducks too. We will definitely be coming back.
Stay here regularly, clean modern rooms, not noisy, close to various places to eat. Tea & coffee provided, an Ironing board if you need it, and a TV, with decent showers in all the rooms (I've tried!)
It seemed fine when we arrived. The bar, restaurant and beer garden are nice. But when we went to bed we realised a huge and very noisy outlet for the aircon for the whole hotel was right outside our window. We couldn’t get to sleep. Plus the lies on the hotel’s own website about an on-site cafe open from 7:30 where we expected to get breakfast .., IT WAS SHUT! There is no-where to get breakfast!!!
Great hotel very comfortable bed. All seems new and clean.
Just 2 little things, the bathroom floor creaked so felt bad for my neighbors in the night and couldn't seem to turn the heating down in the bathroom, so it was very hot.

Excellent staff when you could locate them
Property looked a fantastic venue for weddings or celebrations but was not set up for business stays. Reception was not located in the motel and not well sign posted so it took a long time to locate a member of staff to collect my room keys. Reception was closed in the morning and I could not locate a member of staff to check out. Breakfast was advertised from 7.30 but didn’t open until 8. The staff were very friendly and accommodating when I managed to locate them. The room was comfortable enough and the surrounding areas were scenic and well maintained.
One night stay, room very clean, bright, nicely decorated, over looking the lake. Ideal for families with young children, there are ducks, a donkey and pony. Bar and family area, lite bites available. Check-in straight forward at the bar managed by Lucy and Jake, they were very friendly and attentive, nothing too much trouble
Great location close to the M6, nice clean room, signage not good in the dark so difficult to find where to check in, staff were not particularly welcoming and offered no information about food or services
Was a fleeting visit just to get our heads down for the night before travelling again. The room was comfortable and clean enough. Nice furniture and decoration. My only complaint is that the cistern in the bathroom dripped all night and disturbed our sleep. Plenty of parking outside. Easy enough check in.
Room was good, spacious but in a separate building on the opposite side of the carpark.
Bar/ restaurant had extremely limited food choice so not a place to go to unwind as you will need to go out & nowhere in walking distance.
Basic accommodation for the price which Did not include breakfast. It was nevertheless clean, but without any frills. No proper signage on arrival and a poor welcome from the bar staff regarding the keys, the booking and even where exactly the room was!. Road noise was something of issue.

Not personally wondefull too small
Stay was ok. Could do with a Fan and a Mini Fridge. Bed was way too soft mattress wise and didn't like the hard wooden bed frame and headboard. Soon was I walked in I bashed my Shin on the bed Grazing it. Had to plug in the TV and Kettle as wasn't plugged in. (Not enough plug sockets. Shower hadn't been cleaned properly still hair in shower from someonelses stay. Heated towel rail didn't turn on. Tv too far away from bed and very small to see could do with being wall mounted nearer to the bed. Very easy to bash arms on side tables so be careful when in bed.
