La struttura è affascinante e molto curata, la camera comoda e accogliente, la colazione è ricca, il personale gentilissimo, c'è posto per parcheggiare e la cittadina di Lytham St Annes è piacevole e curata, vicinissima al caos di Blackpool”

“Great stay at the Queens during the Women’s Open. Single room was not large but perfectly adequate for one and had every thing that I needed. Lovely meal in the restaurant one evening and the breakfasts were excellent with lots of choice. Not my first stay here and won’t be the last.”

“No air conditioning. No fridge. No telephone. Rooms made up every 3rd day is normal practice, they said if we wanted everyday they would mark it as such. Still no room made up after 3 days. Trash left outside the room was left over the weekend. Guests have to fetch clean towels from a supply room. Someone had vomited in the elevator and the smell was horrible. Stayed there 6 years ago and it was fine. It has gone downhill. Rooms were shabby with no maintenance”
