Serviced its purpose. Staff were friendly upon check in and check out. Breakfast was included but I didn’t want it at the time. Cleanliness was 4/5 as there were some hairs in the tub. Pool was enjoyable outside.

The rates were too expensive on Expedia by $100 more a night. When the actual price was $90 per night instead of Expedia's $200 with taxes and fees!

Staff was lethargic , I repeatedly requested for the cleaning lady to provide me a second garbage can for our room. My request was ignored. The parking lot is shared with a car dealer next door. Very limited parking with vehicles strewn all over the lot. Staff need a class on politeness and customer service. You can tell they’re there only for a pay check. I’ll select another hotel in that area in the future.

The guy that stocked up the breakfast area was great. We mentioned to an employee that our air conditioner started making a loud noise. They had a brand new air conditioner ready to install in a half hour. Wow

Christmas Swim meet

The window shade didn’t work in the room. If I wanted sunlight, I had to roll the curtain and prop it on something like the light shade. Also, bathroom door didn’t lock and front door never full shut properly! Came back to our room several times and door was cracked up!

Getting shabby. Sloppy management. I was sent to three rooms that were not completely cleaned. Fours on the latch…before finally getting a room to sleep in. No soap, nor shampoo. Few towels.only packaged oatmeal. Only full fat milk. Bathroom sink handle old & without temp marker. Diss apt.

Disappointing

I had reserved 2 rooms here and one of them was uncleaned from the former occupants. The other one smelled bad and had a large tear in the sofa cushion. So we asked for 2 other rooms and as we checked them, both were uncleaned. SO we went to the desk to ask for 2 more and finally we got 2 rooms that were nice and comfortable. It was my earlier belief that Hampton Inns are always in good condition but I now know that is not actually correct. Also, the breakfast worker could not keep up with the food supply either.

We came down for a baseball tournament . Checked in late round 8pm the lady checked us in said let me go check on your room and was gone for 2 hrs . She went to clean the room and some other rooms. Gave us the key for us to walk into a dirty room. At this time is was now close to 11pm and all the other hotels where all booked up. I just as very disappointed We called about the front seat about our sheets, bathroom ect in the room being dirty many times but they never came up to clean it. We had to check out at 7am to get to my sons game so we just slept on top of the covers with our blankets we use for grass at the baseball games .

The property was old stinky and out dated for the price. The room had peeling paint chips considering my grand daughter got sick in the room her first night in the hotel. She also has an allergy to dust. The hotel smelled old ,moldy and dusty. The rugs needed to be shampooed. The bathroom had hair in the tub. I had to clean the tub myself. I asked for garbage bags to be put in the garbage can since there were none. I could only get one.This is a part of a hilton hotel it should be removed

This Hampton Inn changed me $180.66 on incidentals. Front desk keeps blaming it on their computer. So far I have contacted twice to clear up this matter. So frustrating and lack of customer still’s!!!

The hotel lobby is clean and presentable. The gentleman at check-in was attentive. The room was clean but it could use some minor repairs. i did notice that the wall baseboard had some type of spilled .. something. The AC unit needed framing and the carpet was frayed at the floor transistion with cracked tile. Thankfully yhe toom did noy smell musty as is rge case with most mid-grade hotels. Overall I was fine with the experience and already booked again for work travel.
