Room was clean! Room needed dome repairs. The toliet roll holder was coming out of the wall and the bottom part if the sink was missing a large ceramic piece. The refrigerator makes a loud humming noise!

Great service, clean room. Bed was a little uncomfortable but doable for a night. No issues, easy to find and get back on the road, near two gas stations and within a mile a few restaurants. Friendly staff.

The property is being remodeled and needs additional work. But, it was clean, safe, with a comfortable bed for a very reasonable price.

This is a no frill, basic place to stay however it is extremely clean and the customer service was excellent. The price is extremely reasonable for a clean bed, nice shower and comfortable chair for viewing TV. We would definitely stay there again.

Room smelled very smoky even though it was a non smoking room. Beds were full sized even though I reserved queen. Carpet had many stains and seemed beat up. Dead moths were in the sink and the room in general seemed very old and run down. Service at front desk was good and quick.

Location, Location, Location

The staff were very friendly and I love that the hotel is right off the highway. There's a lot to see and do nearby. I went to the Fort, drove along the river and back roads. Enjoyed seeing the fall colors. Restaurants are conveniently located nearby, along with many other businesses. I will definitely stay here again!

The owner at Value stay was so nice and accommodating!! This is an older hotel but has been renovated. We felt safe and loved the area. Very convenient to all the areas we were there to visit. Much better than we had anticipated for the price. The owner was even able to upgrade us to a jacuzzi suite at check in.

Great Value, which is in their name : ) Because the price seemed too good, I almost didn't make the reservation, but once I checked in and got to my room, I couldn't have been happier. It's not a new hotel, but the upkeep is as good as any hotel I've stayed in.

Clean, economical, comfortable, simple.

Room 102 clean, fresh, cool and quiet. Hot water, nice staff, no weird smells. great AC. No closet or hanging rod but we only stayed one night. The freezer in the small fridge works great! For half price of the rest, its totally worth it. No coffee machine but I carry instant and cream as we travel work often. It looks to be somewhat under renovations.
