Loved the location. So close the the pavilion. Excellent safe grounds for parking. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. This is the second time we’ve stayed there and do feel that the mattresses need to be softer. Ours were very firm both times.

I didn't understand why this hotel had exceptional ratings at first. The exercise room, breakfast offerings, lobby and room are all quite acceptable, but not memorable stand-outs. Here's what is: the staff and customer service were uniformly excellent. The front desk, cleaning and breakfast teams are always pleasant and help with a smile. That's it - and it's big enough to have me return.
